Sometimes when I look at the mountains I have a feeling of crinkled paper.
That was the starting point of this illustration.
I tried to recreate that feeling in a tangible illustration.
Once the Mount Paper had the right shape I added miniature trees, and of course the tiny house with the cotton smoke coming out of the chimney.

Once everything is ready, I arrange it all with lighting to create the scene and take a picture.
Well I actually take many pictures and take a lot of time to chose the best one.

These tangible illustrations are very different from 2D illustrations. They have real textures, light and depth that are unique to photography.
