Horizon is my first stopmotion film. A science fiction short that I created from scratch.

A city is surrounded by a gigantic wall. As their horizon has been taken from them, the people of this city live a bleak and dreary oppression.
A young women decides that this sad environment won’t take her optimism away.
She starts a fight on her own to regrow hope in the population.
It is a personnal project that I made from scratch, I wrote the story, designed the characters, built the sets, made the puppets, animated, edited…
Horizon was created during a SupaResidence at Supamonks Studio in Paris. They provided me with a working environment, computers and management. I was surrounded by talented artists and professionals in the animated film industry who supported me and helped me to make this short film come true.
A crowdfunding campaign was successfully funded in December 2017.
Horizon premiered in Paris in June 2018.
